Directions:
Place the two support clamps over the PVC tee fitting and then onto the nose of your surfboard.
While holding the support clamps firmly towards the center of the PVC tee fittings, mark the surfboard thru the holes of the support clamps. (better to drill holes thru the clamps so they're closer to the clamp itself.) -remove
Use a 3/16" drill bit and drill your four marks thru your surfboard.
Insert the four ribbed plastic anchors in the holes you drilled thru the surfboard - note: when you insert the screws thru them they will expand and be very secure.
Shave off the remaing plastic anchors if they are protruding thru the bottom of your surfboard with a razor blade.
If your surfboard does not have closed cell foam inside (ask the shapper of your surfboard) then you will need to pour in some epoxy to seal and do the next step before the epoxy dries.
Re-mount the support clamps while on the PVC tee fitting and use four of the #6 x 5/8" round head screws to screw onto your surfboard.
Screw in the 1/2" x whatever length you want PVC pipe into the tee fitting.
Slide the 1/2" support clamp down the 1/2" PVC pipe and use the two stainless steel screws and nuts from the Surf Camera case assembly and mount the female attachment of the Surf Camera case assembly to the 1/2" support clamp.
Use the wood or sheet metal screw and screw it thru the back of the 1/2" support clamp to keep the Surf Camera attachment from rotating and sliding up and down the 1/2" PVC pipe.
Use the remaing wood or sheet metal screw and screw it thru just one of the 1" support clamps to lock the angle of the camera view.
Place the Surf Camera case onto the female attachment, then slide in your waterproof camera and your redy to video yourself surfing!
